In the Sports section of today’s Bergen Record, the paper looks at this year’s fencing teams and had this to say about West Milford High School:
West Milford: Replacing first team all-league performer Mark Trunzo will be one of the biggest challenges. West Milford will look for some of its younger fencers to fill the void.
I think it’s great that the reporter remembers Mark’s accomplishments, but what’s the big deal? The younger fencer to fill the void is a natural — Mark’s younger brother!
According to Big Brother Mark, Cameron is “a lot better” than Mark was as a freshman. In fact, Cameron earned the right to handle a weapon many, many months before Mark did early in his career.
So I say this to the Bergen Record — there is no challenge. There’s Cameron!
